Coding and billing for Iovance products will vary based on patient's condition, provided services, payer-specific requirements, and selected setting of care. It is critical to confirm specific payer requirements prior to claim submission to avoid processing delays or denials.

IovanceCares™ Patient Support Programs

Copay Support Program*

Through the Copay Program*, IovanceCares will cover out-of-pocket costs up to a certain limit for Iovance products for Commercial patients. Covers expenses for approved Iovance products only.

Patient assistance Program

Patients who are uninsured or underinsured may qualify for other financial assistance. Please contact your Iovance Case Managers for more information.

*Commercially insured patients - Patients must be commercially or privately insured. The program is not available for patients who are enrolled in Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, the Veterans Affairs (VA), or any other federal or state healthcare program. The program will cover the out-of-pocket expenses of Iovance products only. It does not cover the costs of any other healthcare provider charges or any other treatment costs. Patients are responsible for non-drug-related out-of-pocket costs. Additional eligibility requirements may apply. Iovance reserves the right to rescind, revoke, or amend this program without notice.

Additional assistance may be available for patients who have commercial insurance with no out-of-pocket maximum. Cell therapy patient programs are for eligible prescribed patients. Iovance makes no guarantee with respect to reimbursement or copay assistance for any item or service

Patient Advocacy Organization Referrals

Patients and their families may face financial, emotional, and logistical challenges when they are referred for Iovance products. Iovance provides a directory of independent nationwide programs for transportation, housing, financial, and other support resources that may be available.

The directory below is not an exhaustive listing of support programs. There may be several regional and state support resources available as well.

Resources may include referrals to independent third-party nonprofit patient assistance programs. These programs are not operated or controlled by Iovance. Nonprofit patient assistance program eligibility requirements may vary and are established solely by each independent organization.
